What it means

This partition isn't BitLocker-encrypted. Choose another partition, or open the drive in Finder if it isn't encrypted.

What to try

1. Choose another partition in the drive list. A drive can have several partitions, and only one of them may be encrypted.
2. If macOS can already read the partition, open it in Finder – it isn’t encrypted with BitLocker.
